We are able to exercise total control over production quality by carrying out and supervising the entire process on our own site. This ensures that our customers are guaranteed consistent and high quality, every time.

Firstly, we produce our granulates using a unique and purpose-designed extrusion process (patent pending). From here, the final petfood products are created with tailor-made injection moulding and profile extrusion technologies applied in our own production facilities. The machines we use have been specially made to measure according to our own specifications, and we combine our extensive internal knowledge with the latest known facts about these technologies in order to increase our production efficiency and product quality, enabling us to comply with increasing market requirements and to always offer our customers the best.

We work according to the FEDIAF guidelines on good practice for the manufacture of safe pet foods, and have been ISO 9001-certified since the end of 2007. The ingredients we use include marrowbones wheat flour, wheat starch, glucose, vegetable fat/oil, glycerine, vegetable fibres, lecithin, natural colours and flavours.
